    The good thingsthe colleagues are very fun loving and helpful. people relations are one of the key factors in employment retainment and this would be one of the considering factors for joining this company. you will not dread going to work because you will have fun while working despite the occasional stress from deadlines or tricky problems.
    The challengesthe starting pay is considerably low even as there will be a guaranteed increment every year. not quite advisable for candidates needing to support families. but it is a good stepping stone for gaining experiences.
