    Management needs to change
    The good thingsThe colleagues are friendly.
    The challengesToo much micro management by bosses. Must learn to let go and understand we all have our own way of doing it. As long as end result is the same.

    The challengesToo much change of plans for TAT. No proper leadership in shopfloor. Management to emotional and not professional when dealing problems. Pay is late at time. Very dark and humid work environment and may affect worker’s mood which contributes to human factors. Pay is high but workload is high also. Alot of physical strength is use to accomplish job.

    The challengesHR not up to par. Salary sometimes received late without any notifications. Payslip and claims take about 1 month to receive. Management staff not as capable as they should be. A lot to improve on. Workshop is old, thus facilities wise is not good e.g. toilet and hydration(water cooler).
