Best working environmentThe good thingsIf you are slightly capable in critical thinking and project management/programming, you can excel in this job easily. They provide OT for non-managerial role which is fair. As long as you deliver, you can excel in your work in the company. Most of the direct bosses support the people under them.

The challenges1) Lots of documentation work. Is a MNC company, so there are many layers of checking through documents especially that includes money. Sometimes your clients require the document in a few days, but you might need to go through certain layer of checking before able to send out
2) Salary and promotion. Their initial salary consider higher than average market rate but sometimes it can be discouraging if you are performing many times better than other colleagues but getting almost similar increment (Example you get 4% and they get 2.5%). HR also requires strong reasons for promotion. So even you work as hard as your manager, you might not get the promotion because the years of experience in work is lacking, not because you aren't capable.
