    The good thingsIf you are slightly capable in critical thinking and project management/programming, you can excel in this job easily. They provide OT for non-managerial role which is fair. As long as you deliver, you can excel in your work in the company. Most of the direct bosses support the people under them. Is a job which i find it very relax. JOIN if you want a beyond expectation work life balance. Seriously, work life balance is 6 out of 5 stars.
    The challenges1) Lots of documentation work. Is a MNC company, so there are many layers of checking through documents especially that includes money. Sometimes your clients require the document in a few days, but you might need to go through certain layer of checking before able to send out 2) Salary and promotion. Their initial salary consider higher than average market rate but sometimes it can be discouraging if you are performing many times better than other colleagues but getting almost similar increment (Example you get 4% and they get 2.5%). HR also requires strong reasons for promotion. So even you work as hard as your manager, you might not get the promotion because the years of experience in work is lacking, not because you aren't capable.

    The challengesHave to find your own way to adapt with your team's communication. Not systematic enough, always need to find out information ourselves. Island wide for technical team travel around the island with heavy bags.

    Nice manager and colleague but no work life balance
    The good thingsI have a very good relationship with my manager and colleagues. Trane always compensates you for good overtime pay.
    The challengesNo work life balance especially peak period. Last and first quarter is our peak period and expect 60+ or even 80+ hours of OT per month. Expect 20 to 40 hours of OT even during our non-peak period.
