    Eye-opening, mentally & physically exhausting, but well taken care of (compared to the 3 other PTOs)
    The good thingsGreat culture Good welfare Can easily clock OT Earn incentives by driving safely
    The challengesToo much emphasis on telematics performance Sometimes may overwork due to manpower shortage, especially festive seasons & payday Colleagues are mostly foreign workers, barely interact with locals in this line other than managerial roles Buses are poorly maintained in terms of service availability and cleanliness Sacrificing water intake due to long hours of driving Inconsistent meal timings

    The challenges- Staff manager don't help enough. - Management doesn't care about staff request or complain. - Working as bus captain in this company must work 7 days. and only 1 days off. - often do split shift whether you like it or not.

    The challengesSome Superiors who lack of empathy and does not try to improve the morale of the workers as well as not give a thought about the mental stress of the workers. Lack of progression outline for each worker and no progression

    The good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by gaining knowledge from me and offered me few positions within a year just to make sure that job was done with my effort while I'm also been paid. Once done someone's else will take the pride.understand well I'm just staff and I did my best to full fill what I needed to do so
    The challengesThe company has tough me working hard is not going to bring someone higher but being fake will definitely make you earn more. I'm sorry. For me I take pride in what I'm doing. Money is not what I want to but I'm looking forward to seeing myself together with my company grow at the same time.
