    Great company with ethics
    The good thingsEmployer tries to resolve any issues with ground officer and clients in the soonest time possible. They have been hearing out ground sentiments and been providing an excellent support base for all to reach out and to be heard. They have been implementing IT to lessen work load of officers on the ground.
    The challengesAlthough they had issues in the past, they have since reformed and repledged their utmost commitment to the employees.

    Terrible irresponsible OE. Also initially delays in CPF payment. Mgmt and payroll adopts a relaxed attitude and any salary matters you only have 1 payroll person to approach
