Management needs improvement

The good thingsSupervisor is nice

The challengesI was not told that I have overtime, and also not given pay slip unless I requested. I have to wait for a long time before getting my pay slip even after i requested. Also the number of people in each boutique is only 2, which is seriously not enough for a busy weekend or public holiday. In addition is also the long working hours.
