    Had great team and enjoyable learning journey.
    The good thingsManagers were great at teaching and guiding. Team was great, broke ice pretty quickly. Although sales competition was high, it was healthy. No snatching of clients etc.
    The challengesClub equipment is a bit old so its tougher to sell the membership packages. Sales consultant working hours can be quite erratic. Sales stress is definitely present as with any sales role.

    Fantastic company for career exposure and growth.
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly and objective with work. Its easy to blend in for new comers. Discussions/meetings are kept to a minimum w/ focus on solving issues for the greater interest of the company. Management encourages and practices open door policies, are approachable to all level of staff and are genuine. Company seems to be heading on a path of change, for the better. Restructuring of benefits, re-looking the business model etc.
    The challengesGetting used to the culture which is quite transparent and open. Because management practices an open door policy. New comers from a more traditional business structure might not be too comfortable initially. Only downsides to the office are that the pantry is a little lacking and the office is too big for the headcount. Spaced out too far apart.
