Challenging but rewarding environment, with a strong emphasis on personal ownership.
The good thingsNot much politics, and people are easy to get along with, which makes showing up to work pretty enjoyable. The flat structure means decisions get made quickly, and the leadership team’s generally open and supportive. Work-life balance is solid most of the time, except when there are deadlines.
The challengesWorking at Truegenics definitely keeps you on your toes — it’s fast-paced, and the expectations are high, so people can't slack here. Owning KPIs, juggling changes and working across teams can be quite stressful at times, but that’s also what makes it such a great place to grow.

The culture at Truegenics is amazing and is something that you can't really find at other companies.
The good thingsWorking at Truegenics has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone's ideas are valued. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee growth and provides plenty of opportunities for professional development. I appreciate the focus on innovation and the dedication to creating products that truly make a difference in people's lives. The workplace culture is positive and encouraging, making it easy to stay motivated and engaged. If you're looking for a company that values its team and is committed to making a real impact, Truegenics is a fantastic place to build your career!
The challengesWorking at Truegenics is rewarding but challenging, with high expectations and a fast-paced environment. Adapting to change and navigating cross-team communication can be demanding. However, these challenges also offer strong growth opportunities.

Great culture for those seeking a safe work environment to perform and grow in their area of expertise.
The good thingsGood office culture, with minimal to no office politics. Colleagues are easy-going, making it enjoyable to come to work. A rather flat hierarchy which allows swift decision making. Leadership team is open to hear ideas and generally supportive by nature. Healthy work-life balance for most part, but deadlines are crucial, so there are times when a bit of hustle is necessary.
The challengesNot a place to relax and slack off. The teams here are lean, and every member is expected to perform and contribute.

Was a great company but now no more
The good thingscasual wear, snacks provided in office, central location, lots of food around, halal friendly, with halal oven provided
The challengesIt was a great company and management was caring and humble a few years back. However, this was changed ever since company did well in 2018 and management start to feel too good and start burning money on hiring outside C level management and external consultant(s), who were able to articulate sweet words to the management and start to have doubts in pioneer employees. This completely made the company culture unbearable and people left one by one over the time.

The good thingsIf you're looking for your first job, then this place probably is where you want to be, nothing is set up properly.
The challengesI don't feel confident in the company's performance since they have been retrenched people in the year of 2020. The weakness of the company's management team is seen in their communication and self absorption. Want to progress here? Prepare to have no self respect and just follow the management's directions without your own thinking. The career and growth opportunities here are limited because leaders are unappreciative, whatever you do for them, is a given right in their eyes.

    Retrenchment
The good thingsCompany lunches & outings, 9 to 6 go home on time job unless due to bad management of plans and 90mins lunch.
The challengesDifficult to be appreciated in this company, do work like it is a given. Bosses treat you like a robot. Thinking of moving up the corporate ladder here but be prepared face insecure bosses' oppression.

    Nothing but good colleagues
The good thingsIf you're here to make friends then this is the place for you, but if you're here to work for a career, then look for somewhere else.
The challengesCompany started to cut cost due to bad plannings by management. Most of the things are restricted especially when it comes to getting approval, too many layers to go through. Company peaked fast last year but bad planning led to downturn of company. Management here are not supportive, especially on giving empty promises to career growth and benefits. Most of the time tasking out work to the general crowd at odd timings expecting people to complete them on the day itself resulting in unneeded over time when the tasks are not needed to be completed immediately, and the manager goes home without even offering to help. If you want to find a leader to work for, this is not the place, if you want to find a boss to work for, then feel free to join this company. When feedback is provided to the management, they feed us with perfunctory answers. And the management speak to you as if you're grovel on the floor with no worth.

Great Company Culture and No Office Politics
The good thingsGreat Company Culture and No Office Politics. Fast pace and everyone is doing their part to get things done. Company places a lot of importance in team bonding and we have regular activities to advocate this.
The challengesNothing much. Everyone feels like family.

Good colleagues but needs improvement in management level.
The good thingsColleagues are friendly and office politics are almost non-existent. Work life balance is a good mix but do prepare to stay back late once work starts to pile in / overflow. Boss do give employees a chance to work their way up to the top but sometimes faced with unsupportive team leaders.
The challengesBoss need to have a closer look on management level, the way that some managers handle their team is less than desirable. No sense of empathy and sometimes puts team down for their pride.
