    Great Working environment
    The good thingsI enjoyed being a valuable part of the team. After my introduction to TRUMPF they provided me a modern workspace. I liked the atmosphere and went to work with pleasure on a day-to-day basis. I was provided with all the necessary trainings and things to know. I was able to ask all my questions and was involved into major projects from the beginning onwards - without being overburdened.
    The challengesOn stressful days it can sometimes be overwhelming but hard work definitely pays off here and will get rewarded!

    Great experience
    The good things- Working at TRUMPF with friendly colleagues and supervisors was great. - The intercultural environment enables great ideas. - After a short time you have the possibility to take over responsibilities. - TRUMPF ensures a great candidate experience. I had a very pleasant interview and got a quick response .
    The challenges- Sometimes it is difficult to collaborate with the German headquarter or other subsidiaries in SEA (but this makes it also interesting). - Growth is important but TRUMPF should be careful that employees do not suffer.

    The good thingsFriendly and familiar atmosphere Good office, good equipment Get tasks and projects where you have to take responsibility (even if you are there for only a few months) Very nice and open colleagues (includes supervisors) Growing size of colleagues and office space The office gets a more and more important role for the headquarter in Germany
    The challengesNo flextime Location (west side of Singapore, Jurong East) As the office in Singapore is kind of a hub for South East Asia, it is sometimes very stressful to coordinate and support the other subsidiaries
