    It like you can't even rest at all.
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly.
    The challengesWorking wise. The work that they made you is becoming more harder. Some work can manage it depends on the job title. The salary is really low and it not enough to cover expenses. More work but salary still the same. Nothing different.

    A monotonous and dreadful job but to survive, you just have to tag along in this kind of situation no doubt everywhere is about the same.
    The good things5 days work. Company hiring partially Down syndrome people and giving them a chance to explore, learn and understanding society.
    The challengesWork not appreciated and there is no room for improvement. Stagnant job scope but I guess that's the nature of this job.

    A small company with a typical Asian boss mentality
    The good thingsEngineers and developers are generally helpful and competent.
    The challengesUnrealistic management expectations. The management and team is not aware of latest technologies, sometimes reinvent the wheel by recreating existing technologies instead of leveraging on it. The sales team and direction seems misguided, engaging big MNCs and government agencies without track record, resulting in no new business for the past years.
