    The good thingsmostly, colleagues including managers are nice and kind good location for those staying in East (Changi, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines) 5-day week and mostly no need OT for general staff

    The good thingsStaff Benefits are improving like got compensation for Public Holiday falls on a Saturday. Colleagues are friendly. 5 years award for loyalty staff.0 Subsequently will the next five years. Work place is near to my house. Employer is now considering more about staff benefit and acknowledged staff effort. Company provide training for staff for upgrading etc.
    The challengesAs per normal, we need to excel ourselves. The job is quite stagnant after sometimes. But overall, the company is a good place to stay in.
