    The good thingsThe working hours are shorter compare to an outside company and have a good lifestyle balance with a discount purchased meal from the canteen.
    The challenges1) Frankly speaking, there are no transparent data to show how many gauges have calibrated per week within our groups which regardless of how you work harder to pursue your job daily and management have no idea who have done their jobs properly. 2) We are not profitable department which cause that there's no resourse for our guys. 3) To be simplify we only get average 20 hours overtime which made me hard to made a living.
