    Mistakes cost money and stress. Able to handle deadlines and have good mandarin speaking skills. Many interns come and go.
    The good thingsRelatively constant working hours. Hardly any OT and weekend work. OT can be used to replace future time off. Has some company events, movie screening and health/exercise program.
    The challengesStress from making mistakes. The low salary creates low morale.
