good environment if you are here to learn, but be prepared to have work piled on you.
The good thingsNice environment, good colleagues, load of room for you to grow.
The challengesextreme amount of work, company doesn't look beyond their bottom line... rather hire for department that earn them the money but not for department which are suffering form lack of manpower.

The good thingsneed to ot sometimes only. so most of the time is office hours. its only busy when there are alot of orders, other then that, its fine.
The challengessome things to be done are challenging as need to be done quite fast

Good environment
The good thingsDecisions from top management are normally made after many HoD meetings and brainstorming to make sure decision is not bias.
Although company is located in Eastern side of Singapore, company provide shuttle service to and from work, even lunch bus.
The challengesNothing in particular. Young company, many rooms for improvements. Hence, good opportunity to learn behind the scene work.

The good things*The higher management's (directors/shareholders /CEOs) are very friendly. Though you're just a small fry, they took the initiative to greet you early in the morning and make your day.
*Company D&D(overseas every year )
*Pantry (feels homely)
The challengesPeople who climbed up the ladder by pulling string and all your hard work aren't recognized.
