Chill workplace, good for part-timers.The good thingsThey let us choose when we want to work and where we want to work, which is awesome! The workload is always shared with another employee so I never had to worry about forgetting things and whatnot. You also get to meet a lot of new people as you'll always be working with someone different due to the flexible shifts.
The challengesIn any customer service industry, I had to deal with difficult customers. You have to be quick on your feet as problems may arise at any point of time (eg. customer demands a refund, run out of cupcakes etc.).
