Overall a good learning ground as change is the only constant in this company.The good thingsThe only good point about working here is there is minimal office politics within my level.
The challengesThere are too many and too frequent in structural changes within the company . This has demoralized the employees and there is no sense of commitment. The management always says they value employees voices but they just push forth their ideas without considering employees concern.
