    The good thingsMuch lesser office politics, friendly working environment, have more chance to continue study or self-improving. Overall all good.
    The challengesSupervisor lack of monitoring on the staffs, this will caused some worker will take advantages to work less efficient and some will overwork.

    The good thingsI am provided with the chance to upgrade my technical skills through the daily installation. The company have placed the trust with me although I have lesser experience as compared with the senior staffs.
    The challengesDuring this time with the convid 19 situation, I am really happy that I am kept busy due to many on-going installation jobs.

    The good thingsFriendly Environment. there are many opportunities for you to expand your studies and experience. There are basic trust among the colleagues and there is least politics in this company. The bosses are friendly and nice, and would be glad to be able to assist you if you met with any troubles.
