Casual and open working environment with friendly and diverse colleagues.
The good thingsAn open working environment where managers and their employees are within eye and ear-shot, allowing for ample communication and ease of discussion. General relaxed attitude which you would expect from a video game company.
The challengesMore transparency and communication with their workers in regards to what CAN be communicated about the projects being developed when outside working hours. There is also a feeling of lack of organisation in regards to many ad-hoc projects appearing, and sometimes projects being left to even an entry-level employee's discretion.
