    For linen supply to hospitals' wards its an up to date industry where an automated goods vehicles are used to transport about 90% of the needed linens to the wards.linens

    The good thingsFreedom to plan work and execute as planned. Able to work independently without much supervision from superiors. Good company systems and HR. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Good benefits, dental privileges. Work is mostly based on client requirements, company requirements not that hard to meet.
    The challengesNo AWS. Career opportunities not so visible. Stagnant, not much talk or push for more titles or certifications. Must source for additional certification on your own. Client over staff. Sometimes too independent to the point it feels like there is no company support
