    Think twice before joining (Review for UHY Lee Seng Chan &Co)
    The good thingsDecent exposure to different clients. Nothing more to say other than that. Depend on team that you are joining
    The challengesManagement felt disorganised and communication was often unclear. Assistant Manager (Particular Group) didn’t always seem equipped to guide or support the team, always like to throw the team without taking responsibility. Workload high while pay was noticeably below market. Limited recognition or growth opportunities. Place with lots of politics. Often expected to “figure things out” without support. Expect you to OT late even though there is no AIR-CON after 5.30pm. Outdated Laptop (8-9 years old model laptops) and not every seat will have monitor and even though there is monitor is 15inch + only with low quality resolution. Always trouble finding seat to hot desks .
