    Management always one-sided and listened to the staff for that working 20years plus only in the company, bad workplace culture.

    Traditional IT Firm which still can existing now
    The good thingsOld Century working method.
    The challengesThe management never see their field support contribution, only value those senior employees which many old employees misuse their right and some old employees are autocratic leadership style which caused many junior employees have no right to voice out their issues. Many veteran employees play office politics which results the company no progress, very traditional IT firm. Don't value those new generation employees that put in efforts and maintain the branding for the firm.

    The challengesNo progress, management sided senior staff, bad workplace culture, all senior staff just wait to get paid every month. Stress because new staff have no welfare benefit as the senior staff will side each other to make you feel like resign.
