    Good Place to Learn without losing the Fun!
    The good thingsLearning is pretty good here. You are welcomed to try out your own things and implement it. Excellent peer group and team work. Top Management is really nice. The organization cares for you.
    The challengesHiring policies and on-boarding is little confusing which could be improved.

    The good thingsA great learning opportunity. No manager concept everyone is responsible for its own work. No policy just guidelines. remember when you had to apply for leaves and keep the count well here no such thing exists. The health and other policies are great and covers all aspect.
    The challengesWell, there is nothing that you don't enjoy but yes you have to work really hard and it comes naturally. Everyone around works so hard to keep on improving the product and themselves.You can feel overwhelmed but the satisfaction is great.
