    It’s nice and very warm and friendly
    The good thingsEveryone is very friendly and welcoming. It made it really fun and easy to assimilate to the environment and community as everyone seem more like a small group of friends than just a bunch of colleagues.
    The challengesAs a new intern, offices and warehouse can be a little hard to find and get to. However, they give a lot of buffer time for new employees to find the venue.

    The good thingsI was exposed to various event technicalities which included various processes of organizing and executing an event. Given the variety of clients Unearthed Productions serves, you get to experience different kinds of events from Conventions to Corporate Dinner and Dances.

    Fun and engaging orientation to help transition into and get to know the company culture
    The good thingsHad a relatively smooth and engaging 3 day orientation to help me and the other interns transition into the company! Many fun and engaging activities, and really appreciate the little field trips out of the office too :) really appreciate the employee engagement team for their innovation and creativity to help us bond!
    The challengesThere were a lot of requirements to uphold in the event proposal activity of the orientation, found it a quite stressful to do the proposal as the deadline was very short!

    The good thingsDiverse and inclusive company with a lot of nice and helpful people who are always willing to lend a hand. The variety of projects makes you curious about your strengths and weaknesses, and will challenge you to do better. Management and leaders are very considerate on personal concerns plus the company's welfare benefits that will give you the sense of being taken care of.

    The good thingsThe company empowers us to take ownership of our work by providing us with a conducive environment to explore and implement our ideas. I must also mention that Unearthed Productions has the best welfare of any company I've been in my 6-year career. With extra leave days, healthcare insurance and coverage, birthday vouchers, yearly cash benefits (to spend on anything you want) and proactive salary reviews - not to mention a fully loaded pantry, there's so much to love about this company. I would go as far as to say that the welfare benefits alone are enough reasons to join this company. Because you won't feel more cared for anywhere else.
    The challengesThe office is not located in the best of places, with a considerable 7-10 mins' walk required from the nearest bus stop. The food options nearby are also severely limited (thankfully, we have some WFH days).

    The good thingsFrom internal D&Ds, pop-up public events, and concerts to formal exhibitions with an audience on a global scale, we do them all. Great place to experience the versatility first-hand.
    The challengesNothing specific to Unearthed Productions. Just as every company in the industry, do not expect to be ending work on time when we are nearly our event dates.

    The challengesThe lack of food eateries around the office / which is also a good thing' you need to work smart and independently to get things around. it's a small agency so more often , need to ask rather than sit and wait
