    A good place to work
The good thingsA great place to learn about inter-department work and collaboration. Work with people of very high caliber with various international experiences. A wonderful company to work for whether you are a experienced candidate or an inexperienced candidate. Expanding team.
The challengesAs the number of staff is high, despite having cross department conversations, opportunities of working in different departments is low. You tend to have a specialized track and work all the way in the same track. Work life balance may be a bit low as well.
