    Poor management system. Micro managing culture.
    The good thingsNothing good to share.
    The challengesThe motto "ONE FAMILY" does not meant anything as all they care is production but not work life balance and well being of their employee. A Lot of manual work and changes for ideas are not welcome especially if you are not management level staff. Base pay are always in the minimum range of pay structure.
