Fun ExperienceThe good thingsThe working environment there is good. The co-workers are friendly and fun, and the management is nice. I get to experience some new things there, like how to communicate with customers, manage warehouse, like how a company arrange their stuff.
The challengesI've only worked there for close to 1 month. I find that shortage of staff which is common in most places is one of the major challenge in a retail industry, as we need to always race against time before opening the store. Furthermore, customers can be unreasonable at times, so it can be hard to coax and meet their needs. Store can be quite messy everyday even though it was arranged nicely one day before, as the stuff need to be replenish and employee will need to find what inside which will mess up the store again everyday.
