    The good thingsRecevied salary on time, average work pressure.
    The challengesUnisteel has a very apathetic culture begining from top to bottom. The top management hold their heads high and do not mix with the middle manangement. Don't expect team building spirit or even gifts on festive seasons. Expect to meet placid behavoring colleagues in this company. Top management can be mean to criticise your work in front of all staff.
