Great Experience

The good thingsThe employer takes time to listen to ensure staff welfare managed positively. Work life balance especially for those family-oriented.

The challengesCompany is a big MNC and thus the challenges are to constantly innovate to sustain and thrive. Company should have the foresight especially in an industry faced with much adversity.

Get to overcome my confidence in customer service

The good thingsThey are friendly . Fun to work with and its easy to communicate . When you're in trouble , they don't hesitate to help you settle the problem . The customers that u will be calling everday is very friendly . I had fun in the company .

The challengesThe system for the workers keeps having error . Hope it will be okey soon . And take more workers to work with .
