My 3 Months ExperienceThe good thingsMy former employers were informative, able to guide you through your job scope when you are starting out there. They were a very small team consisting of only 3 staff and 3 senior recruitment consultants. Being a small team, makes us close and thus making communication between everyone much easier. My former employers were always around when you need to ask them any questions.
The challengesIt was difficult starting out there as it was a small company, it was difficult for me to compete with the bigger firms. Our rates are fixed and not flexible, as bigger firms are able to lower their rates. The database for recruitment was limited and some were outdated. The other colleagues and the senior staff already had their regular Clients which was sufficient for them.
