    Bad Management
The good thingsShorter working hours during school breaks is the only bonus point.
The challengesNo clear direction. Very toxic environment as staff is worried about their jobs due to constant change in the management particularly one department. Listen more to the staff and know the culture before making drastic changes and not after changes has been made. Management should learn how to respect the staff.

The good thingsThe international scene is interesting.
The challengesThe expats there as usually do not make effort to assimilate into Singapore culture. I worked for two female bosses. One was emotional and screaming at me was part of the job. The other changes her mind very often on how work should be done . Both expects me to complete stuff at breakneck speeds and they have ambitious and unrealistic goal that they put on themselves and staff.

    Fantastic
The good things5 days a week. working hour ends at 4.30pm. There's summer break, Christmas break, Chinese New Year Break. Bosses are appreciative if you do well in your job. Self starter is a must and initiative is appreciated. Family oriented. They love to compliment and embrace the compliment. Do not be shy to praise yourself and told them the good things you have done for the department.
The challengesUnderstanding their accent could be tricky but once you are in, you will get the hang of it. Jokes are sometimes quite hard to fathom and it take times to digest. Sometimes it's hard to read between the lines such as sarcasm or jokes.
