    The good thingsPay distributed on time (every end of the month). Many things to learn from a medical device industry. If you are good in a fast paced industry, this company would be good for you.
    The challengesEmployees choose who they want to work with. If you are not up to their standard, they may not want to teach you. Poor communication. 1 person do A, the other person wants to do his/her way. Poor sense of urgency. Some may not want to take responsibility of their role. Do not have a proper work space to work.

    Wouldn't recommend it
    The good thingsMonthly pay will always be on time - on the last working day of the month.
    The challengesWay too many forced leave before/after PH. OT is expected but no remunerated. No company events to encourage company cohesion. Too much inter-departmental strife - obstructs projects development.
