    No growth, don't bother unless it's exactly what you want
    The good thingsSome amount of job autonomy within your own team
    The challengesThe c suites are incapable of making sound strategic decisions and keep attempting at providing solutions to their own poor strategic decisions or worse, merely following orders from their higher ups but yet again unequipped to do so.
