    People factor is a plus.
The good thingsMany kind, humble and generous colleagues. Even Senior Management are gracious. In a working environment, they trust that a person can do their work. It was an environment with opportunities to grow, provided one would seek and make things grow.
    The challengesNo courses provided.

    Work Life Balance
The good thingsWork life balance, There are many opportunities to move around the company and top management is open to new ways of improving the business and is open to have more products. Friendly environment where senior management is open to engaging staffs.
The challengesNot easy to make changes in the company. Each product ran on different system. Reluctance of accepting change to new system and workflow. Each department tends to focus on their own functions and do not look at thing from holistic level.
