    Toxic, Archaic, and Political - Great benefits cannot make up for a fundamentally unhealthy and unpleasant workplace culture.

    The challengesWhile the benefits and compensation are attractive, the work culture is severely toxic (varies by department). Negativity, poor communication and unkind management create a draining environment. Perks can't make up for the lack of respect, empathy and professionalism.
