The good thingsBOSS OF THE COMPANY IS VERY UNDERSTANDING BUT NOT THE MANAGER AND SENIORS ENGINEERS YOU WORK WITH EVERYDAY.
The challengesSENIOR ENGINEERS WOULD NOT LIKE TO WORK WITH NEW ENGINEERS.
