    The good thingsThe people here are nice to work with. Some trainings are given to update your skills relevant to work.
    The challengesHeavy workload, with little people to go around. Bosses do not listen to employee's opinions and only insist on their ways. Management could do better by changing their thinking and keeping up with the times.
