    The good thingsThe employer scholarship program is given to the employees opportunities to enhance their field of specialty and the hands-on experience and maintenance of the aircraft component skills is a great takeaway from the company .
    The challengesTeamwork is critically important in achieving the task and objectives of the planned schedule, the challenge here is lack of communication led to misunderstanding and miscommunication sometimes, lack of assertiveness, basically the challenge is adapting to the existed cultures
