    The good thingsGood exposure to different client's safety requirements especially for a newbie/just joined personnel.
    The challengesForced overtime, no chance to be part of permanent staff. Some PM/Safety personnel are more like "kopitiam gangster" than a leader or an educator, using harsh and vulgar words towards workers.
