    Great vision But Slow in Execution
    The good thingsThe company have great vision to offer expansion in the pipeline which is attractive for current employee.
    The challengesLow salary in which expect to multi task with very limited resources. High turnover rate & staff morale level is low. People need certain tools to do work but support level is always very little or non at all.
