The challengesThe challenges would be that there are very much office politics, very selective in terms of who they like or dislike, comments to the people working there are harsh if they don’t like you, teaching staff is very minimal and you’re expected to learn on your own.I would foresee this as difficult if the new hire was a newbie to the job. Errors small or big are not acceptable and not very forgiving. Trust in staff is very minimal and company culture has not much to offer.
