    Having to work with the elderly and to make decisions for them when they became unwell when in house Dr was not around besides seeking advice through our senior manager when NOK not keen on send out. It’s an opportunity to learn and understand the situation and the importances of observation and assessment skills

    The good thingsMy hobby is to become a nurse and I am always happy to take care of other persons.

    Nice place work
    The good thingsWork independently with junior nurses with 12 hours shift. Remembering every residents name is most challenging but it great when your being appreciated by some residents and families members for the efforts that everyone put in
