For lab perspectives, as a Chemist, you will learn how to perform PM and troubleshoot equipment, perform validation projects, handle audits, perform and write investigation reports, perform QC testing review of intermediate and finished products, to ensure batches are released timely, perform testing (if needed). You will learn many useful soft-skills, e.g. Multi-tasking, time-management, communication, problem solving, leadership skills.
The challengesToo much workload with low pay. Deadline are very tight as you are required to perform QC testing review of intermediate and finished products and run validation projects concurrently. You need to learn to multi-task and manage your time wisely.
