    Bias management. Poor project management skills and attitude seen in sales and program team
    The good thingsSupportive and nice peers within the team
    The challengesSuper bad experience with the sales and program team. Very bad aattitude, forceful tone, force people for answer even when off work hours. Management bias towards certain departments and limit career progression to departments which they do not like. Should see individual perform instead of department performance, very unfair to people who work hard for the company.
