VECTOR CAN GROW BIG, IF CAN RECTIFY SOME OF THE CHALLENGES.
The good thingsTHE COHESION BETWEEN SOME TEAM MEMBERS IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT IS GOOD.
The challengesEMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND SALARY INCREMENTS MUST IMPROVE. HIGHER MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK INTO THE REPLATIONSHIP OF THE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS, WHICH WILL CREATE UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP AND LEAD TO GOOD PEOPLE LEAVING.

Good career prospects with friendly culture
The good thingsGood career advancement for Sales positions. Management rewards reasonably well if the KPI is met. Work-life balance
The challengesIt is a SME company, depending on how you see it, it is difficult to compare with a MNC or Large organisation.

    Good Career progression
The good things- A very united company with minimal politics. - Ability to perform challenging and rewarding roles when the company identifies you as a key position that they want to develop - Strong objective in what the company wants to achieve in the short and medium terms. - You will be given to learn many other areas beyond your primary role which is good if you want to have a career path into a management role because you would already set a standard that people can look up to and follow you
The challengesTargets and KPI may be set a little too high to achieve but the company recognise other factors such as if you are working hard enough or have other non-KPI attributes that you can contribute to the company rather than just focusing on your main role.
