The challenges1. There were unclear expectations on job roles. Changing KPIs and direction accompanied with non-definite structure of reporting system since the first day of work.
2. Terrible company culture and working style of the management whereby everyone is working and pushing for their own project. No clear vision that the employees are all working together towards to. Additionally, there is no clear communication systems that are shared within the company which hindered project completion and caused inefficient use of time and resources.
