    Not a company to have a career
    The good thingsOn the surface with the boss around, your colleagues would be friendly with you and exhibit positive attitude. However, strong under table politics is present.
    The challengesCapability is not important in this company. Relationship with the upper management is. If you do not have a good relationship with the management team, you would not get the basic respect and fairness that one deserves. A highly problematic company that their HR tries to hard sell (be it online or offline). Beware and don't be the next victim.

    Flexible Hours, Good Benefits
    The good thingsSlow paced. No pressure to perform. Management is quite relaxed. Smoking breaks and coffee breaks are allowed. It's also acceptable to come in office late.
    The challengesSales are slow and not picking up. Turnover is very high. Knowledge gaps after people resigned. Some business practices are quite dodgy but guess company needs to be \"creative\" to survive.

    The good thingsGood work life balance No expectation of working OT Appreciate young talents without experience
    The challengesTo improve in long term planning, always focus on short term planning which resulted in wastage of resources HR not functioning as good as compare to other companies Still a young company which require more improvement in management and setting up the systems
