    The challengesPoor leadership, poor quality of people, poor quality of communication, no defined roles and responsibilities, people often pass work to others, overwhelming workload, attrition rate is very high, and managers cannot make positive changes for some reason not known to me.

    The challengesPoor Leadership at top Zero Vision and Strategy No respect for individuals Zero Trust among management and employees No communication and transparency in company Most unhappy employers I can go on and on.. not sure why employees still there, probably bad job market and relatively better bonus
