    The good thingsManagement cares deeply about employee's welfare and career growth. Look far ahead and is not afraid to evolve with time. Great worklife balance. They won't text you about work on the weekends!
    The challengesSometimes we may face frequent changes due to new ideas which will result in a turmoil of conflicting ideas. These changes takes time and effort to do so sometimes its a bit vexing. But overall it is okay.
