    overload of work and need always OT even on weekend and public holidays
    The good thingsCan learn stuff. Hands on on equipment. starting from creating of report to closing report.
    The challengesYou need to standby every time. weekdays need to work overtime after work till 7.30pm. on sat also may need to ot till 7.30pm even on public holiday. may need to run 4-5 different test at the same time. Multi task everyday.

    The good thingsA great opportunity to acquire new skills, with a different challenge every day. The work culture is great and everyone works like a family.
    The challengesPoor management, always looking for urgent short-term solutions without getting to the root cause. Likes to solve problems in a comfortable way, old mentality, no privacy and secrecy. Inexperienced mentor leading a team, mistakenly assigning the right people to the right roles, but only at random.

    Good but not advisable, degrading.
    The good thingsDoing your part to care for the environment, colleagues were helpful as there's no training provided.
    The challengesRepetitive work as same problem persist,lots of manual labour required. Higher up micro-managing and expect result fast, lack of communication and won't listen to lower end staff. High turn-around rate in major department. Non-productive working environment. Safety is one concerned. Low allowance working in a high-risk environment.
