I thought i was going to be apart of a forward thinking and innovative organisation however i was wrong
The good thingsRespected organisation
The challengesToo much internal politics, and promotions not based on performance or merit rather on seniority. Recognition not given for jobs well done but employees penalised immediately for flaws. No talent retention capabilities

The challengesTHe workload, the cost cutting measures by reducing headcount, which then more people have to be working on more stuff.
